terrible terrible news

I am stunned and so sad. 28 years old. So talented. I can't believe it.

Ugh! God this is so so sad. I've enjoyed this amazing actor's work more and more as he's gotten older. Such a tragedy that he's gone.

My son's middle name is Heath for a reason. I am just so devastated...

i just watched ten things i hate about you and thought that he was very talented. i read a little about him and he seemed like an interesting person, to then read that he had died...it's really awful.

Oh I knooooooww! Sometimes, when a celebrity passes, it's just a blip in my mind. But this one hurts for some reason. Damn.

I hate to say that anyone's life could be worth more than others, but he was different from the usual Hollywood crowd...he was more than the others. If he really did die accidentally by taking too many sleeping pills (which he needed b/c his last role wouldn't settle in his mind), then it really is very very sad.

My cousin was found dead one morning last spring after taking a sleeping pill and she was on anti-anxiety pills, my best friend from high school died exactly the same way (taking the same combination of pills) almost two years ago. They each had two young children, each were good, down to earth people, loving mothers, happy wives; both deaths are believed to be accidental. If this is killing people, taking anti-anxiety pills and sleeping pills together, why is this not being stopped? People MUST be made aware of this!
In addition, several months ago a police officer I know, when he heard my story about my friend and my cousin, said that he had investigated some deaths and the people were taking the same combination of pills. What is going on? I would think that both types of drugs are prescribed, why are doctors continuing to prescribe them together? People need to know the possible consequences of taking these drugs together.

I know...seeing the pictures of him and Michelle Williams and their little daughter just broke my heart...especially since she is the same age as my Madam. *sniff*

I really enjoyed his work, and I always smiled when I saw pictures of him with his family. They just looked so hopeful and happy and in love.

May he rest in peace.

I know. *sad sigh* I really always loved him as an actor. In his small part in "Monsters Ball"? So brilliant. This is terrible.

And it breaks my heart, as it made me think of my sister...I feel so bad for his family. I wish this woudl never happen to another family.
