Holiday Laini's Ladies

It might still seem a little early to be showing holiday designs, but I have been very restrained about it -- I did these designs back in January! As with publishing, so too with gift products: you work several seasons, if not years, ahead of time -- It takes some getting used to. I'm working on Valentine's and Mother's Day right now, in fact. I waited to post these designs until the manufacturer, Bottman, could show them at their summer gift shows, and that time is now. So here they are! They'll be available as ornaments, greeting cards, and gift tags:

And this pair is kind of its own little set, with the birdies and all:

These will be in stores in the fall, and can also be found here. Also, when I was at the coast this weekend I saw that my 2007 desk calendars are out in some stores. Yay!

Really lovely! I know already I'll be buying the bird ones for my mom - she loves birds! (I might have to buy myself a set as well.)

Congrats and can't wait to see what comes next!

Beauteous, Laini! My favorites are the two little birdies. Congratulations on your latest success stories - you're on a winning streak! (Not to imply that you haven't earned it - I am certain you're working your tail off! It's just nice to see it finally pay off for someone who's worked so hard and finally - hopefully- get ahead! You give the rest of us hope!)

These are stunning and so imaginative! I love them and am going to try to order some online. Maybe I'll have them sent to my daughter, who can bring them home in early December - just in time for Christmas. Hooray! Well done, Laini. Your talents are immense and I'm so glad to see your line achieving such success.

I went to look at your christmas ornaments and dang if I didn't buy two of the other ones you have. It was tough just to narrow it down to two. Wow, I love them. I gotta stop shopping online. I am at the point lately, where I'm gonna have to call sky and tell him to hide my packages when he gets home from school before B can see them. Not because B would ever fuss about it but because of my shame. I will do better. I will do better. But you gotta stop making such cute stuff.

I want one of each, especially those birds! Laini, your ladies are wonderful! My mom loved the ones I ordered for her, and now I am going to indulge and order some for myself! And congrats on the book! So cool :)

Yesterday I had a day from hell, and as I was delivering to one of my galleries (I am a glass artist) I ran across the Precious Life lady hanging off the bathroom mirror in the gallery. I asked the gallery owner where she got it, she told me and as I was driving by the store on my way home, I stopped in and bought one for myself. Today I discovered Bottman on the web--and purchased several Lainie's Lady cards, a calendar and another ornament--and your blog, and Mary Oliver's poetry, and my day (and the end of my week) was made. Thank you for the beauty you add to the world.

I absolutely adore your "ladies"! I saw them in a store in my town and fell in love. I immediately came home and looked you up to purchase them online.

I am also starting a website and would love to feature them!
